Jignesh Shah

Jignesh Shah is an ex-committee member of ISO-South Africa and former expert advisor of TUV SU Singapore for developing omni processor norms. He is also heading the omni processor division at Ankur Scientific. Jignesh is a Mechanical Engineer from M.S. University in distinction grade with more than 27 years of experience in thermal and process design, new product launching, marketing, and business development. Currently he is working on a new conceptual design to make sanitation systems more reliable, affordable, and environment friendly.

Tae Eui Lee

Dr. Tae Eui Lee is a research fellow with eight years of experience working at Korea Energy Economics Institute. He graduated from the Arizona State University in 2015 with a Ph.D. degree in Financial Economics. He is interested in electricity, hydrogen, and heat sector coupling based on his electricity policy research background. His recent work is IEA-KEEI co-working reports "Reforming Korea's Electricity Market for Net Zero" and "Korea Electricity Security Review."

Pradeep Thike

Mr. Pradeep Thike is the Deputy Managing Director of the Nepal Electricity Authority. He is an avid traveler, loving family man, and an advocate for environmental protection and social safeguards. Mr. Thike holds a master's degree in Water Resources Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli.

Nikolasi Fonua

Nikolasi Fonua is an electrical and electronics engineer and holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Nagoya University of Commerce and Business. He has worked for 10 years with the Electricity Utility in Tonga where he is acting CEO and prior to that, he headed the utility's Engineering Division. He has expertise in project management and strategic business development, with a strong business and engineering acumen. His passion is in developing the energy industry to be more sustainable, complemeted by appropriately skilled talents within the industry.

Paul Webber

Paul Webber is the director of Wedgewood White Ltd.

He specializes in pricing and economic regulation of infrastructure, and financial analysis. Currently, he is spending a lot of time helping customers transition their fleets to electric vehicles, and helping building owners understand the implications of EV charging for their sites.

He is experienced in the electricity, gas, and water industries but has also undertaken interesting work in satellite-based telecommunications and structured finance.

Llyr Rowlands

Llyr Rowlands is a Vice President at Tetra Tech, and qualified lawyer with 20 years of experience in advancing energy infrastructure. His principal focus is on electricity and electric utilities, where he has a solid record of supporting market reforms, commercialization, and power sector transactions. He is part of the team implementing the ADB’s Capacity Building and Sector Reform program for Renewable Energy Investments, with a focus on the sustainability of utilities in the Pacific islands.
