Nikolasi Fonua

Nikolasi Fonua is an electrical and electronics engineer and holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Nagoya University of Commerce and Business. He has worked for 10 years with the Electricity Utility in Tonga where he is acting CEO and prior to that, he headed the utility's Engineering Division. He has expertise in project management and strategic business development, with a strong business and engineering acumen. His passion is in developing the energy industry to be more sustainable, complemeted by appropriately skilled talents within the industry.

Seru Soderberg is an experienced production supervisor with a demonstrated history of working in the utility industry. He is skilled in budgeting, analytical skills, construction, and management. He has a strong operations professional with a Diploma in Civil Engineering focused in Civil Engineering from Fijis Institute of Technology.

Maria Vicedo Ferrer

Maria is an Urban Development Specialist at the Asian Development Bank with over 10 years of

experience working for the private sector, government, and development institutions on infrastructure, urban planning, disaster risk reduction, and climate change adaptation. She has experience developing and implementing projects to mitigate urban flooding, improve water security and waste management, and enhance resilience to disaster risks and climate change. She holds a double masters’ degree in civil engineering from the Polytechnic University of Valencia and the ESTP Paris.
