André Taylor

Dr. Taylor is a leadership development specialist, leadership coach, water practitioner and sustainability practitioner. His professional purpose is to build the leadership capacity of enthusiastic, self-motivated people to help them drive positive change to create healthier communities and environments, whilst demonstrating values of integrity, sustainability, enabling others and continuous learning. He has worked in the water sector for most of his 30+ year career, and did his PhD research on leadership in the water sector.

David McDermont

David McDermont is an international e-Government Procurement consultant, with 26 years’ experience to date gained while working in 38 countries. This includes conducting National E-Government Procurement assessments (18 countries), assessing e-procurement systems reviewing the effectiveness of National Procurement  Management Agencies and developing Strategic Implementation Plans.

Dr. Tae Eui Lee is a research fellow with eight years of experience working at Korea Energy Economics Institute. He graduated from the Arizona State University in 2015 with a Ph.D. degree in Financial Economics. He is interested in electricity, hydrogen, and heat sector coupling based on his electricity policy research background. His recent work is IEA-KEEI co-working reports "Reforming Korea's Electricity Market for Net Zero" and "Korea Electricity Security Review."

Chompan Kulnides

Chompan Kulnides is the Head of Sustainability at Minor International PCL and Vice-President of Investments and Sustainability at Minor Holdings (Thai) Ltd.
