Khurshed Karimov, procurement specialist with 10 years of experience implementing projects. In 1997, he graduated from Tajik Agrarian University with degree engineer-mechanic, and in 2020 he received a professional diploma in public procurement from Institute for Supply Management, India (Affiliate of ISM, USA), distance learning. He was awarded with Certificate Program in Public Procurement by World Bank with 100% score completed in the shortest time, in 2017.

Nematiyon Muboriz is a Procurement Specialist of the Resilient Livelihoods and Empowerment of Rural Women Project (RLWERP). With more than 10 years of professional experience across multiple sectors, Muboriz has developed strong expertise through national and international work. His career has taken him to China, Belarus, the Philippines, and Cambodia, where he gained valuable cross-cultural and institutional experience.

Khurshed Mazoriev is a dedicated procurement professional currently serving as the Procurement Officer for the Skills and Employability Enhancement Project, implemented under the Ministry of Labor, Migration and Employment of Population of the Republic of Tajikistan, a position he has held since October 2021. Mr. Mazoriev’s academic background is distinguished by two degrees earned with honors. In 2013, he completed his Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics from the Russian-Tajik (Slavonic) University.

Sarvar Nazarov is a seasoned financial expert and public administration leader with over 15 years of experience in the financial sector, specializing in public procurement policy and reform. As Director of the Department of Public Procurement Policy at Uzbekistan's Ministry of Economy and Finance, he drives strategic initiatives to enhance transparency, efficiency, and international best practices in the country's public procurement system.

Aminath Naheen Ahmed is a public procurement professional with over 14 years of progressive experience in government procurement management in the Republic of Maldives. She currently serves as the Director, National Procurement at the Ministry of Finance and Planning, a role she has held since February 2023.

Go Sungjoo is currently the Deputy Director of the Public Procurement Service (PPS), International Cooperation Division – Daejeon. Before this, he was Deputy Director of Public Procurement Service (PPS), New Growth Procurement Planning Division - Daejeon.

Dr. Soulivanh Chansombuth holds a degree in economics from the University of Western Australia (bachelor’s degree), the University of Mysore (Master Degree), and Ritsumeikan University (Ph.D.) 

He has accumulated 15 years of experience as a government official, beginning in 2010, specializing in evaluation work, procurement, and contract management within the Ministry of Finance. 

Minsup Kim is the Deputy Director of the New Growth Market Support Division (PPS). Before this, he was working under the Construction Business Management Division, the Planning and Finance Division, and the Vice Administrator's Office.
