Muboriz Nematiyon

Nematiyon Muboriz is a Procurement Specialist of the Resilient Livelihoods and Empowerment of Rural Women Project (RLWERP). With more than 10 years of professional experience across multiple sectors, Muboriz has developed strong expertise through national and international work. His career has taken him to China, Belarus, the Philippines, and Cambodia, where he gained valuable cross-cultural and institutional experience. He holds a master’s degree in international economics from Belarus State Economic University and a bachelor’s degree in management and economics of Tourism from Tajik National University. His international exposure, combined with solid academic training, strengthens procurement performance and supports transparent and efficient project implementation.
