Kakha Demetrashvili

Since June 2014, Prof. and Dr.  Kakha Demetrashvili has been employed as a Deputy Chairperson of the State Procurement Agency of Georgia, a single public procurement authority in the country. The agency is functioning under the Prime-Minister’s supervision, managing, regulating and monitoring the whole public procurement ecosystem and developing legal and technological landscape. The agency is operative as a Central Purchasing Body on behalf of the Government and in favor of all contracting authorities.

Tshering Denkar

Tshering Denkar is a Procurement Officer at the Department of Procurement and Properties (DPP) under the Ministry of Finance. She currently oversees the electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) system, where she plays a key role in ensuring effective implementation and providing training and support to end users across the agencies.

Khumoyun Khayrullaev

Khumoyun Khayrullaev serves as the Head of the Division in the Public Procurement Policy Department at the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan. With a robust background in public administration and finance, Mr. Khayrullaev specializes in areas such as e-procurement platforms, risk assessment in bidding processes, and sustainable sourcing policies.

Hussain Mushrif Rasheed

Hussain Mushrif Rasheed is a finance and accounts professional with over a decade of experience across public, private, and corporate sectors in the Maldives. He currently works as a SAP Ariba e-GP Implementation Functional Consultant at the Public Finance Modernization and Reform Department at the Ministry of Finance & Planning, supporting national-level digital procurement transformation and stakeholder adoption.
