Deputy Director, Ministry of Finance, Lao PDR Profile / Bio Dr. Soulivanh Chansombuth holds a degree in economics from the University of Western Australia (bachelor’s degree), the University of Mysore (Master Degree), and Ritsumeikan University (Ph.D.) He has accumulated 15 years of experience as a government official, beginning in 2010, specializing in evaluation work, procurement, and contract management within the Ministry of Finance. He currently serves as the Deputy Director, overseeing procurement and contract activities in the contract management division. His responsibilities include serving as an evaluation trainer, evaluating investment projects, and inspecting the quality of investment project contracts.
