Anita Carollin is an Associate Policy Analyst and the Head of the Procurement Policy Development Team for Public-Private Partnership (PPP) at the National Public Procurement Agency, Republic of Indonesia. She has 15 years of experience in the field of public procurement.

Tshering Denkar is a Procurement Officer at the Department of Procurement and Properties (DPP) under the Ministry of Finance. She currently oversees the electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) system, where she plays a key role in ensuring effective implementation and providing training and support to end users across the agencies.

Khumoyun Khayrullaev serves as the Head of the Division in the Public Procurement Policy Department at the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan. With a robust background in public administration and finance, Mr. Khayrullaev specializes in areas such as e-procurement platforms, risk assessment in bidding processes, and sustainable sourcing policies.

Hussain Mushrif Rasheed is a finance and accounts professional with over a decade of experience across public, private, and corporate sectors in the Maldives. He currently works as a SAP Ariba e-GP Implementation Functional Consultant at the Public Finance Modernization and Reform Department at the Ministry of Finance & Planning, supporting national-level digital procurement transformation and stakeholder adoption.

Mr. Thanachoke Rungthipanon holds a Master of Science in Business Management from the University of East Anglia (United Kingdom), a Master of Science in Information Technology from King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Kasetsart University.

He has accumulated more than 12 years of experience in the development and enhancement of electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) under the Comptroller General’s Department.

Sanjeev Mathur is a senior IT leader with over 28 years of experience in digital governance, software application development, and technology management across the Government of India. He currently serves as Senior Technical Director at the National Informatics Centre (NIC), Ministry of Electronics & IT, where he is leading many  IT initiatives for the Ministry of Finance 

Sunghwan Kim is currently the Director of the Planning and Finance Office. He was formerly Director of Innovative Procurement, Procurement Attaché of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the UK, and Director of the Global Procurement Support Team.

Mr. Kim has worked for over 16 years at the Public Procurement Service (PPS) of Korea, focusing on policy and management on public procurement. He handled key responsibilities in e-procurement system planning and management, and in Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) operations.

Yangzom is an experienced procurement professional with over 17 years in public procurement and contract management across Asia. At ADB, as a Procurement Specialist with the Procurement Portfolio and Financial Management Department (PPFD), she provides technical guidance, capacity development, and leads strategic procurement planning for projects to ensure quality and deliver value-for-money. She co-leads the e-GP Functional Team in PPFD.

Choi Minsoo is the Senior Deputy Director of the e-Procurement Planning Division at the Public Procurement Service (PPS), Republic of Korea, where he is responsible for the integration and optimization of national procurement information systems. He leads efforts to strengthen communication and interoperability across public and private platforms, enhancing efficiency, transparency, and service delivery in the procurement process.
