Deputy of Comptroller-General, Electronic Government Procurement and Focal Price Division, Thailand Profile / Bio Mr. Thanachoke Rungthipanon holds a Master of Science in Business Management from the University of East Anglia (United Kingdom), a Master of Science in Information Technology from King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Kasetsart University. He has accumulated more than 12 years of experience in the development and enhancement of electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) under the Comptroller General’s Department. He currently serves as the Deputy of Comptroller-General, overseeing the Electronic Government Procurement and Focal Price Division. He has been a key driving force behind e-GP reform, leading major developments such as e-tendering modules (e-Bidding and e-Market), contract management systems, and the integration of emerging technologies, including blockchain for electronic guarantee letters, electronic credit confirmation, and secure bid submission. In addition, he was appointed as the head of the team responsible for driving the adoption of green and environmentally friendly goods and services in public procurement.
