Associate Policy Analyst and the Head of the Procurement Policy Development Team, National Public Procurement Agency, Republic of Indonesia Profile / Bio Anita Carollin is an Associate Policy Analyst and the Head of the Procurement Policy Development Team for Public-Private Partnership (PPP) at the National Public Procurement Agency, Republic of Indonesia. She has 15 years of experience in the field of public procurement. Anita is also a certified competency assessor in government procurement and serves as a non-permanent lecturer and a member of the Innovation and Comparative Governance (ICG) research group at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, University of Indonesia. She holds a bachelor’s degree in public administration from the University of Indonesia, and a dual Master's degree in Logistics Management from Trisakti University and Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
