Tshering Denkar

Tshering Denkar is a Procurement Officer at the Department of Procurement and Properties (DPP) under the Ministry of Finance. She currently oversees the electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) system, where she plays a key role in ensuring effective implementation and providing training and support to end users across the agencies. She specializes in e-procurement, public procurement rules and regulations, and digital procurement system management, contributing to enhanced transparency, efficiency, and accountability in public service delivery.

She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management (2022) and a Bachelor’s Degree in B.COM Finance (2017–2020) from Gedu College of Business Studies. Her academic background in finance and management, combined with her professional expertise, enables her to bring a strong analytical and strategic perspective to procurement reform and capacity development initiatives.
