Procurement Officer, Ministry of Labor, Migration and Employment of Population of the Republic of Tajikistan Profile / Bio Khurshed Mazoriev is a dedicated procurement professional currently serving as the Procurement Officer for the Skills and Employability Enhancement Project, implemented under the Ministry of Labor, Migration and Employment of Population of the Republic of Tajikistan, a position he has held since October 2021. Mr. Mazoriev’s academic background is distinguished by two degrees earned with honors. In 2013, he completed his Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics from the Russian-Tajik (Slavonic) University. He then furthered his education at the People's Friendship University of Russia in Moscow, obtaining a Master’s degree in Economics with a specialization in International Trade in 2015. Committed to continuous professional development, Mr. Mazoriev has completed an extensive array of specialized training programs. Notably, he has earned multiple certifications from the International Training Centre of the International Labour Organization (ITC-ILO) in Turin, Italy, including the Advanced Procurement Strategies certification and programs on Procurement Processes and Procedures, and the Fundamentals of Project Procurement.
