Mr. Aekapol Chongvilaivan is a Senior Planning and Policy Specialist at ADB’s Strategy, Policy, and Partnerships Department (SPD). His role aims to strengthen operational procedures on loans, grants, and technical assistance under the New Operating Model to achieve ADB's long-term corporate strategy to 2030. He has more than 10 years of ADB's operations experiences in public sector management and governance reforms, preparing over $3 billion of policy-based loans, project loans, and TA for developing member countries in Southeast Asia, East Asia, and the Pacific.

Vincent is a Senior Solutions Architect at the AWS. He works with public sector customers across ASEAN, owning technical engagements and helping them design cloud solutions across various innovation projects. He also serves as an adjunct professor at Singapore Management University (SMU), teaching computer science modules at the School of Computer & Information Systems (SCIS). Before joining Amazon, he worked as Senior Principal Digital Architect at Accenture and Cloud Engineering Practice Lead at UST. He has also previously co-founded and managed a tech startup.

Nicolas is Aboitiz Data Innovation’s Chief Data and Technology Officer with over 18 years of experience in AI and software engineering, where he built a state-of-the-art Enterprise GenAI platform. He guides his teams in solving all the pain points of using AI to drive business outcomes, setting best practices, and bringing his product mindset to generative AI.
