Marcus Loh

Marcus Loh is an experienced and visionary IT leader who has worked in the industry for over 30 years. He has served various sectors throughout Asia, including governments, education, and enterprises. He has been instrumental in helping them achieve their digital transformation goals and leverage the latest technologies to enhance their productivity, innovation, and competitiveness.

Young Park

Young Park is the Director of Special Projects at AVPN, leading the AI Opportunity Fund: Asia-Pacific, an innovative initiative supported by Google.org and the Asian Development Bank (ADB). With nearly 20 years of experience in both the profit and non-profit sectors, Young has established a distinguished career in sustainability and social impact. She has led projects and business initiatives at Bain & Company, KPMG, Banks Foundation for Young Entrepreneurs (D.CAMP), The Asan Nanum Foundation, and Root Impact. Young has also taught Social Entrepreneurship at various universities.

Chandra Gunawan

Chandra serves as the Head of Programs for LearnAI, a pivotal initiative within AI Singapore dedicated to AI talent development for individuals of all ages, from students to working professionals. With over 14 years of experience in ecosystem building, he is passionate about driving collaborative excellence across public, private, academic, and NGO sectors. His leadership is instrumental in forging strategic partnerships aimed at advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), ensuring that AI initiatives contribute to a more equitable and sustainable future.

AI in Energy

This presentation is about the use of AI in the energy sector, specifically focusing on predictive and generative AI algorithms, enterprise readiness, responsible AI adoption, and driving outcomes through use case selection and implementation.

Sharad Somani

Sharad is a partner leading the infrastructure and energy sectors for KPMG covering the region. His primary areas of focus include structuring, financing and transformations. Having worked across the region with different stakeholders, Sharad bring insights across the value chain of projects from conceptualization to operations. He is currently working on key themes including AI in Energy, decarbonisation marketplace, sustainability reporting tools and innovating financing options for climate transition.
