Mohammed Sayeedul Haque

Mr. Sayeed possesses 19 years of versatile experience in civil engineering field focusing transport, urban, rural and water resources development sectors in Bangladesh. He worked in Design Section in a renowned consulting firm in Bangladesh, then in United Nations in Afghanistan as Civil Engineer (Design) in United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA). Lastly he joined Asian Development Bank, Bangladesh Resident Mission in July, 2015.

Anna Belinda Ladiana

For the past 12 years, Ms. Anna Belinda Ladiana-Casiano, an operations analyst in the Central and West Asia Department, has assisted with portfolio management for projects funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB). With a total of twenty-five years of work experience, she has worked for the World Bank (WB), the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), among other organizations. She earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Polytechnic University of the Philippines in 2000.

Hiroki Katayama

Hiroki Katayama is a Senior Portfolio Management Specialist and Head of the Project Administration Unit of Asian Development Bank’s Uzbekistan Resident Mission. Prior to joining ADB, he held senior level positions for the past 13 years in the Embassy of Japan in the Netherlands, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, and the Japan International Cooperation Agency.

Manjula Amerasinghe

Manjula Amerasinghe, Unit Head, Portfolio Management, AFNRD sector group is a civil engineer by training with Masters degrees from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA and Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand, and Bachelors from University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka. She has over 25 years of professional experience of which 18 years have been with ADB. She has worked across South Asia, Central and West Asia and East Asia, covering agriculture and natural resources, urban and water sectors and environment safeguards.

Linda Xiaole Wang

Linda is an Investment Specialist with ADB PSOD Agribusiness Investment Team (AIT). Over the past five years, she has been leading AIT’s investments in East Asia, developing/leading investment projects in other Asian countries, and supporting Chinese companies to expand abroad. Linda’s specialty includes project origination, structuring, and execution, negotiation with C-level clients, portfolio management, and client relationship management, etc. Her investment experience covers the entire Agri value chain and extended sectors.

Mohammed Zulyaminayn

Mohammed Zulyaminayn is Senior Procurement Officer in ADB Bangladesh Resident Mission (BRM) who currently provides procurement support and oversight currently to Education and Health, Energy, Urban and Water sectors in Bangladesh portfolio. Since joining as staff in ADB in April 2014, Zulyaminayn provided support to project teams in supervising many large and complex procurement packages implemented by relevant government agencies, and facilitated capacity development events on procurement of goods, works, and consulting services.
