Saranzaya Gerelt-Od is a Senior Gender Officer at ADB assigned to Mongolia Resident Mission since 2023. She is a human rights advocate specializing in women’s rights, social justice, gender-based violence, and gender and conflict. She has worked with civil society, feminist philanthropy, research, and multilateral development in Mongolia and Asia and the Pacific region for 13 years.

Christine Sumog-oy is the Country Lead for the National Models for Women’s Safety Online (NMWSO) Program in the Philippines. She has over 16 years of experience in peacebuilding, human rights advocacy, and multi-sector initiatives across fragile and conflict-affected regions in Africa, Asia, and North America.

Saijai Liangpunsakul is the Founder and CEO of Stop Online Harm, a women-led organization ending technology-facilitated gender-based violence across Southeast Asia. The initiative, the Online Ambulance, has supported over 800 survivors and reached more than 7 million people. Saijai works at the intersection of human rights and technology and is a Harvard Ash Democracy Fellow.

Dr. Nikita Gopal is Principal Scientist & Head, Extension, Information & Statistics Division, at the Indian Council of Agricultural Research-Central Institute of Fisheries Technology (ICAR-CIFT), Kochi, Kerala, India with over 27 years’ experience in fisheries.

She is a founding member, and currently the Chair, Gender in Aquaculture and Fisheries Section (GAFS) of the Asian Fisheries Society (AFS). She is also Chair of the Asian Fisheries Social Science Research Network (AFSSRN) of the AFS. 

Dr Alex Robinson's work experience crosses applied development research, policy and practice. He has extensive experience of disability inclusive practice from inclusive education to livelihoods and social protection and from emergency preparedness to humanitarian response.
