Dileni N. B. Gunewardena is Professor of Economics at the University of Peradeniya with over 30 years of experience in development-oriented research and teaching in Sri Lanka and internationally. Her work combines rigorous econometric analysis with a strong gender inequality perspective, focusing on poverty, inequality, labour markets, human development, education, and the care economy.

Miguel Musngi is the Head of the Poverty Eradication and General Division, ASEAN. As part of the Poverty Eradication and Gender Division (PEGD) of the ASEAN Secretariat, Mr. Musngi and the team support ASEAN's cooperation on rural development, and poverty eradication, gender equality, and women's empowerment, among others. Mr.

Patricia Bunye is a Senior Partner and Deputy Managing Partner for Administration of Cruz Marcelo & Tenefrancia. She heads its Mining and Natural Resources Department and Energy practice group and is also a partner in its Intellectual Property Department. She is also the Founding President of Diwata-Women in Resource Development, Inc., a non-government organization that advocates responsible development of the Philippines’ wealth in resources. 

Katja Freiwald leads the UN Women Women’s Economic Empowerment (WEE) and Migration portfolios in Asia and the Pacific. She oversees UN Women’s work on gender-inclusive entrepreneurship, transformative work on the care-economy and works towards strengthening gender-responsive business conduct to build an ecosystem that supports women's empowerment and gender equality in the world of work.

Queentries is a gender and business specialist. She co-founded RAKARU utilizing her solid project management skills with women participation and empowerment in the economy as her forte. She has expertise in working with businesses, government, consulting firms, NGOs in entrepreneurship programs for women and youth. With nearly a decade of experience in effecting change at the nexus of gender, business, and investment, Queentries has delivered more than 50 tailored trainings and facilitations on gender and business and gender lens investing.

Eunjin Oh is the Vice President and Senior Research Fellow at the Korean Women's Development Institute (KWDI). Prior to her position at KDWI, she was a lecturer at Sogang University, Sungshin University, Ajou University, and Dongduk Women's University. She also worked with Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education & Training.
