Eunjin Oh is the Vice President and Senior Research Fellow at the Korean Women's Development Institute (KWDI). Prior to her position at KDWI, she was a lecturer at Sogang University, Sungshin University, Ajou University, and Dongduk Women's University. She also worked with Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education & Training. She developed and published several research papers on women's resources at junior colleges and policy issues focused on science and engineering, improving parents’ capabilities for gender-equal career guidance, and indicators for career development centers for female college students.
She earned her M.A. in Educational Technology and Ph.D. in Vocational Education from the University of Missouri-Columbia, U.S.A.
