Pin Satitpatanapan is an Investment Specialist in ADB’s Private Sector Infrastructure Finance Division. She is responsible for originating and leading infrastructure transactions in various sectors, including energy, transport, and telecommunications in Southeast Asia and the Pacific. Prior to joining ADB, she worked at Calvert Impact Capital in Washington, D.C., covering risk management and impact measurement. Pin holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Thammasat University.

Erik is a senior project lead for TNC’s Nature for Water Facility, a specialist team that helps local programs analyze, develop, and execute NBS for water security. Erik led Nature for Water’s first project and has since directly supported 15 NBS programs worldwide with various detailed analyses. As a trained economist, he typically focuses on return on investment, economics, sustainable finance, and governance, as well as developing “program intelligence” analyses and dashboards. Before joining TNC, Erik worked at Pegasys, a management consultancy based in Cape Town.

Mick Lilley is currently acting Chief Investment Officer for the AIFFP.  He has been with the AIFFP since its inception. Mick has a long history as a public servant, investment banker and infrastructure adviser.  Mick has a passion for the Pacific and helping to promote its developmental needs

Dr Ahu Meryem Erdogan started her career as an assistant social policy expert at the Prime Ministry of Türkiye in 2006, and continued to work as an expert upon the acceptance of her specialization thesis. After 5 years of work, she worked as a planning expert at the Ministry of Development of Türkiye in determining the campus infrastructure and superstructure investment projects of state universities and allocating funds.

Ms. Nandita Ganapathy serves as Partner & Head, Investor Relations at Kaizenvest. Prior to joining Kaizenvest, Nandita spent nine years at Northern Arc Capital. Nandita has twenty years of experience in financial services with global and Indian Financial Institutions such as ICICI Bank and Standard Chartered Bank. She has a Bachelors degree in Commerce from Mumbai University.
 

Pamela Bracey is a Principal Investment Specialist in the Asian Development Bank’s (ADB) Private Sector Financial Institutions Division where she provides financing, equity, and guarantees to financial institutions throughout Asia in support of the financial sector and capital markets development. Ms. Bracey was previously the Unit Head of Private Sector Operations in Indonesia for ADB, responsible for developing private sector business opportunities for ADB in the infrastructure and financial sectors. Earlier in her tenure at ADB, Ms.

Qi Ji is currently a senior investment officer at ADB working on infrastructure financing projects in the People’s Republic of China. He has 15 years of experience in project development, construction, operation, investment, and financing in the fields of energy, water and other municipal infrastructures in Asia, Europe, and Africa.

Joseph Bergin is the Advisor, PSOD, and Head, of the Equity Investment Unit of ADB’s Private Sector Operations Department handling the Bank’s direct equity investments. He joined ADB in June 2020. Prior to joining ADB, Mr. Bergin was Head of M&A at McBride plc and was Chief Investment Officer of an African Private Equity Fund. Earlier in his career, Joseph worked for AstraZeneca plc and 3i Group plc in the UK and Germany. He is an experienced Private Equity investor and has worked with a number of businesses to assist them to grow their shareholder value.
