Mohammed Sayeedul Haque

Mr. Sayeed possesses 20 years of versatile experience in the civil engineering field, focusing on transport, urban, rural, and water resources development sectors in Bangladesh. He worked inthe  Design Section in a renowned consulting firm in Bangladesh, then in the United Nations in Afghanistan as a Civil Engineer (Design) in the United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA). Lastly, he joined the Asian Development Bank, Bangladesh Resident Mission in July, 2015.

Hikaru Shoji

Hikaru Shoji is the Unit Head of Portfolio Management Water and Urban Development Sector Office in ADB. He is a professional civil engineer specializing in water supply and sanitation, urban development, water resources development, and climate change adaptation. He led various development works as a staff of regional development banks, a non-governmental organization, and a consulting firm. He joined the organization on July 1, 2020, bringing over two decades of experience from Africa and Asia.

Yoshiaki Kobayashi

Mr. Yoshiaki Kobayashi, a Japanese national, holds a master's degree in environmental science with a focus on urban and regional planning from Tsukuba University, Japan. With over 30 years of professional experience, including about 20 years at the Asian Development Bank (ADB), Mr. Kobayashi has expertise in various fields such as portfolio management, project administration, water resources development, and flood management.
