Per Ola Nilsson

Per Ola Nilsson is a seasoned risk management specialist with ADB’s office of risk management. Prior to joining ADB he was 12 years with Nordic Investment Bank (NIB) headquartered in Helsinki, Finland. His last role at NIB was Senior Director heading up NIB’s special operations team, and a member of NIB’s management group. Before that he served in various capacities at the Swedish Export Credit Agency and in SEB, a major Swedish commercial bank.

Nema Aquillo

Nema handles the monitoring of the TA program of CWRD’s 10 DMCs (Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan) from programming, processing to commitment including giving advisory on fund sources.

She supports and coordinates with the CWRD TA management team, 7 sector teams, 10 resident missions, thematic group (gender, safeguards, climate teams) and non-operational departments regarding TA matters.

Jonathan Fong

Jonathan Fong is a civil engineer with a Bachelor's degree and experience in procurement, design, supervision, and project management within the Land Transport Authority. Currently the Manager in the Procurement & Programming Division, with a track record of managing major construction projects and donor-funded initiatives within Samoa.

Shaista Hussain

Shaista Hussain is a Principal Results Management Specialist, at the Asian Development Bank, based in Manila, Philippines.  Shaista has over 24 years of experience in project management working for the Asian Development Bank at both headquarters (Philippines) and resident mission in Pakistan, as well as for the United Nations Development Program in Pakistan.  Shaista has an MSc in Economics and is an enthusiast for quality assurance, results-based project management tools, and monitoring of development projects and portfolios.

Nguyen Thi Thu Trang

Trang is Co-Founder and Deputy Director of the Centre for Supporting Green Development (GreenHub), a Vietnamese NGO. She is trained as an expert in marine waste management, leading projects on plastic pollution, environment, and development for 15 years, promoting partnerships and information networks between government, business, and civil society. Her collective action expertise has been applied as an invited trainer of plastic waste management in Asia Pacific.

Terry Suehr

Terry joined the City of Alexandria as the Director of the Department of Project Implementation (DPI) in Aug 2019. As Director of DPI, she leads a team of project managers, construction inspectors, and project controls support staff to deliver the City’s portfolio of capital infrastructure projects (CIP). She is responsible for developing and implementing best practices in project management, CIP cost estimating, and project delivery in addition to providing leadership and strategic direction for the City’s core infrastructure design and construction program.
