Before joining ADB, Blaire worked on the Economic Development in Africa Report 2023 with UNCTAD in Geneva on topics including the pharmaceutical supply chain and human capital development. Prior to this, she was in the banking and finance sector with a credit hedge fund, S&P Global Ratings, and Credit Suisse.
