Amandeep (Aman) Singh is a Senior Social Sector Specialist with the Health Practice Team, Human and Social Development Sector Office at the Asian Development Bank (ADB). He leads ADB’s work on infectious diseases under the ExCITD (Ending Complex and Challenging Infectious and Tropical Diseases) initiative, and oversees partnerships with global health agencies including Gavi, the Stop TB Partnership and Gates Foundation.

Dr. Kirankumar Rade is a Medical doctor and Public health professional, epidemiologist with keen interest in control of communicable diseases especially Tuberculosis, malaria, leprosy, and COVID-19. While working with WHO Country Office for India, offered technical assistance to India’s National TB Programme, in diverse and challenging conditions, initially in state of Bihar and then in Gujarat and Central TB Division in Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. Designed first state representative Tuberculosis prevalence Survey for the state of Gujarat.

Dr. Jacob Creswell is the Head of Innovations and Grants at the Stop TB Partnership in Geneva. With 25 years of experience in TB and HIV, he began his career at the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and later worked at the World Health Organization. He currently coordinates the Partnership’s TB REACH initiative, which has provided more than USD 200 million to partners in 56 countries to strengthen tuberculosis detection and treatment outcomes.

Dr. Sreenivas A. Nair is a medical doctor with a postgraduate degree in public health and over 25 years of experience in tuberculosis (TB) care. Since February 2018, he has served as Senior Adviser with the Stop TB Partnership, hosted at UNOPS, after working as the National Professional Officer for TB at the World Health Organization Country Office in India.

Samaykham Boupha leads the Laos Implementation Unit of HISP Vietnam, providing strategic consulting and technical support to the Ministry of Health (MoH) of Lao PDR for the implementation and management of DHIS2.

Actively involved in national health information systems reform since 2015, he played a key role in introducing DHIS2 across all health facilities nationwide. As a member of the global HISP network, Samaykham facilitates the exchange of best practices, bringing global insights to Laos while sharing the Lao experience internationally.

Sonalini Khetrapal is a passionate health expert with over 15 years of experience leading transformational public sector projects in South Asia, South-East Asia, and North Africa. With a specialization in public health and economics, she has dedicated her career to researching, implementing, and advocating evidence-based strategies to address pressing public health challenges. She has led the ADB portfolio in designing and implementing public health interventions across all levels of governance.

John Lewis is a senior Health Information Systems (HIS) expert and one of the longest-standing DHIS2 implementers globally, with over two decades of experience advancing digital health systems across Asia, Africa, and the Pacific. Born on 19 June 1980, he holds a PhD in Health Information Systems (2011) and a Master’s degree in Informatics with a specialization in GIS (2005), both from the University of Oslo.
