Mohammed Faiz Shaul Hamid

Faiz Hamid is a Senior Labor Economist (Green Jobs) at the Asian Development Bank. He steers ADB initiatives on skills, education, TVET modernization, and job creation to support the low-carbon transition across the Asia–Pacific region. Faiz designs projects and technical-assistance programs that help governments craft workforce-development plans and roadmaps that unlock employment.   

Emiko Masaki

Emiko Masaki is a Principal Health Specialist at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) with nearly 20 years of experience in program development, implementation, policy advisory, and regional cooperation in health and social sectors in Asia. Her work spans a broad range of issues, with a focus on enhancing the efficiency, effectiveness, accountability, and sustainability of public financing for health and social services.

Lisa Deters

Lisa is the Chief of Education with UNICEF Myanmar, bringing extensive global experience in education. She previously served with UNICEF’s New York Headquarters Education Section and Emergency Response Team, deploying to over 17 major humanitarian responses, and has advised on education in crisis and conflict for USAID and international NGOs. She holds a PhD in early childhood development in emergencies and an MA in international educational development.
