This presentation gives an overview of how PhilHealth is laying digital foundations for AI through EMRs, the Health Care Institution (HCI) Portal, Integrated PhilHealth Accreditation System (iPASS), and the National Health Data Repository. Priority AI use cases include fraud detection, member data cleanup, claims audits, risk profiling, and real-time quality monitoring—supporting efficiency and accountability under the UHC law and digital health reforms.
