Sabeen Afzal, Executive Director, Poly Clinic Islamabad, is a medical doctor with postgraduate qualifications in public health, currently serving at the Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination (MoNHSRC), Pakistan. With over 23 years of experience, she has held several key leadership positions across diverse portfolios, including Medical Education and Regulation, Public Health, Nutrition, Maternal, Neonatal and Child Health (MNCH), International Health Regulations (IHR), and Health Systems strengthening.

Dr. Sheraz Ahmad Khan is a seasoned public health professional with a PhD in Global Public Health from the University of Edinburgh and extensive experience in health systems, financing, and policy. He has served in various leadership roles, including as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Health Services Academy, Islamabad, and contributed to key projects with the Asian Development Bank and GIZ. Saima Saleh has served in key positions in various government ministries, including the Ministry of Climate Change & Environmental Coordination and the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony. She has authored publications on topics such as Pakistan’s Urgent Need for Clean Air (2017) and has conducted a case study titled "Prospects for and Barriers to Domestic Solar Micro-generation: A Case Study of the Domestic Sector of Islamabad.
