Jorybell Masallo

Ms. Jorybell A. Masallo is the Assistant Weather Services Chief of the Impact Assessment and Applications Section at DOST-PAGASA. She leads climate impact assessments for agriculture and provides climate information to support decision-making in vulnerable sectors. She is involved in key projects on climate change adaptation, impact-based forecasting, and frost risk assessment. Her section is currently involved in developing heat health warning system.
