Dr. Leslie Ann Luces Sedillo currently serves as the Provincial Health Officer II of the Province of Aklan, Philippines where she leads the implementation of Universal Health Care and oversees the promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative health programs across the province. She is also responsible for the supervision of operations in Aklan’s eight government-managed hospitals.

Aminath Shaina Abdullah is the Deputy Director General at the Ministry of Health, Maldives, where she oversees health policy implementation, international collaboration, and donor coordination. With over 15 years of experience in public health administration, she has played a key role in formulating and monitoring national health policies and strategic plans aimed at enhancing healthcare delivery across the country, particularly in remote and hard-to-reach island communities.

Uğursel Erol is a Social Security Expert in the Social Security Institution of Türkiye and has been working in the General Directorate of Universal Health Insurance since 2010. She is working in the area of health finance and reimbursement systems. She worked in the Department of Health Insurance, Deparment of Project Management and Department of Research and Development. 

Sheila Bonito, Dean of the University of the Philippines Manila College of Nursing and Head of the WHO Collaborating Center for Leadership in Nursing Development, trailblazing innovations in nursing education for national and global development. 

Sabeen Afzal, Executive Director, Poly Clinic Islamabad, is a medical doctor with postgraduate qualifications in public health, currently serving at the Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination (MoNHSRC), Pakistan. Roopa Srinivasan, Senior Director of Ummeed Child Development Center, is a developmental pediatrician and leader in inclusive early childhood care. She oversees clinical and training programs supporting children with developmental delays and disabilities. Her work involves early identification, family-centered interventions, and inclusive education strategies. Trained in Pediatrics and Developmental Disorders, she has worked across government and private sectors to integrate disability support into mainstream child development programs. Dr.
