Ms. Thuy Bich Tran is the country director of HelpAge International in Viet Nam. She holds a master's degree in Development Management from the Asian Institute of Management. She has more than 30 years of experience working in the development sector, with 25 years specifically focused on ageing. She is one of the founders of community based, relevant, comprehensive and sustainable model in Viet Nam, so so-called Intergenerational Self Help Club (ISHC), which promotes healthy and active ageing in Viet Nam, using a community-driven development approach.

Professor Chen earned his MD from National Yang-Ming University School of Medicine (1989-1996) and PhD from the Institute of Health Policy and Welfare, expanding his expertise from biomedical research to public policy. After practicing orthopedic surgery at Yuan-Shan Veterans Hospital (1996-1998) and completing family medicine residency at Taipei Veterans General Hospital (1998-2003), he pursued international academic exposure as a Visiting Scholar at Oxford University's Department of Clinical Geratology in 2005.

Ms. Sally Edwards is the Coordinator at WHO Asia-Pacific Centre for Environment and Health, World Health Organization Regional Office for the Western Pacific. She started working at the World Health Organization in 2003 and has held several positions in various duty stations, including Geneva, El Paso Texas, Washington DC, Haiti, Barbados, Brazzaville and Panama.

Muhiddin Nuriddin Davlatali, Since 21 January, 2025 he has been working as the Rector of the SEI “Avicenna Tajik State Medical University”. He graduated with honours from the SEI “Avicenna Tajik State Medical University” in 1994.

His specialisations are in Medicine and Surgery. He has academic titles of Doctor of Medical Sciences and Professor. He also has knowledge of foreign languages such as English and Russian languages. Muhiddin Nuriddin Davlatali is a member of the People's Democratic Party of Tajikistan, head of the Madadi Sino primary organization.

Purnima Menon is a Senior Director for Food and Nutrition Policy at International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI).

Dr. Shibu Vijayan is a public health physician with over two decades of experience in health systems strengthening, disease elimination, and digital health innovation.

He currently serves as Chief Medical Officer – Global Health at Qure.ai, where he leads the deployment of AI-powered diagnostic solutions across more than 70 countries.

Dr. Vijayan previously worked with WHO and PATH and played a key role in shaping TB control programs in India and globally.

Rafiqul ISLAM Maruf is an Associate Professor at the Division of Healthcare Digital Transformation, Data-Driven Innovation Initiative, Kyushu University, Japan.

His interest covers in the areas including ICT for agriculture, education, environment, information and healthcare.

Currently, Dr. Islam is focusing on healthcare, mainly in the areas of digital health, telehealth, portable healthcare systems, portable medical sensors and medical informatics.

The vision of Dr. Islam is to see the world of “ICT for Humanity”.

Meredith Dyson is a public health professional with field experience in both development and emergency settings in West Africa, the Middle East, and South Asia. Focused on strengthening health systems to promote equity in health access and outcomes, and guiding evidence-based national policy and strategy decisions.
