Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Systems Strengthening Program - Implementation, Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification Workshop

Further to the initiative of capacity development resource center (CDRC), Pakistan Resident Mission has successfully conducted a one-day workshop on implementation, monitoring, reporting & verification under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Systems strengthening Program at Peshawar on 22nd May 2024. The workshop was organized by PRM in collaboration with Human & Social Development Sector.

Manjula Amerasinghe

Manjula Amerasinghe, Unit Head, Portfolio Management, AFNRD sector group is a civil engineer by training with Masters degrees from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA and Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand, and Bachelors from University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka. She has over 25 years of professional experience of which 18 years have been with ADB. She has worked across South Asia, Central and West Asia and East Asia, covering agriculture and natural resources, urban and water sectors and environment safeguards.

Joe Fagan

Joe Fagan is an e-procurement consultant for the ADB and WB assisting with their efforts in the assessment, development, implementation, and promotion of electronic procurement systems. Mr. Fagan was one of the contributing authors of the ADB e-GP Handbook and the World Bank Global Public Procurement Stocktaking initiative and MAPS assessments in China, the Philippines, and Indonesia.

Meherban Khan

Meherban Khan is the Head of Utility Companies at Agra Khan Rural Support Program in northern Pakistan. He has more than 17 years of experience in the development sector and is skilled in project and program planning, implementation, management, financial budgeting, and community-based enterprises development. He has a master’s in Economics and master’s in finance from the University of Peshawar and also has a post-graduate diploma in Project Management from Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands.
