Kongkea joined ADB in 2019. He supports ADB’s programming and knowledge management, serves as ADB’s focal point for regional cooperation and integration, and supports ADB’s engagement with development partners and civil society. Before joining ADB, he worked for the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), the World Food Program (WFP) and the German Technical Cooperation, engaging in various areas including extractive industry, food security and nutrition, and regional economic development.
