Mr. Alimov is a national of Uzbekistan. He holds a Doctorate and Master's degree in Economics from the University of Connecticut, United States, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Bemidji State University, United States. Bobur has over 28 years of professional experience, including more than 22 years in ADB.

Bernard Woods is the Principal Director of the Department of Communications (DOC), responsible for leading the external relations and communication strategies of ADB with stakeholders including donors and developing member countries.
