Dr. Thourn Sinan is a distinguished Chairman and Spiritual & Tourism Professional with over 25 years of executive leadership in tourism, trade, and international relations. As Chairman of the Pacific Asia Travel Association Cambodia Chapter (PATACC), he plays a central role in shaping Cambodia’s sustainable tourism agenda, advancing public-private sector collaboration across the Asia-Pacific region.

Sai Krishna Kumaraswamy

Sai Krishna serves as Financial Sector Specialist at CGAP, a Global Partnership advancing inclusive, responsible, and resilient financial ecosystems, housed at the World Bank. He also serves as CGAP's Asia Lead, spearheading member engagement, partnership development and regional representation. His research focuses on financial sector policy and regulation, including competition, consumer protection, and crisis response. He has extensive experience in microfinance, small business financing, inclusive fintech, and emerging technologies.
