Dr. Eduardo Jimmy Quilang is a visionary leader and accomplished researcher in rice science and agricultural innovation. He currently serves as Chief Science Research Specialist and Officer-in-Charge Deputy Executive Director for Research at the Philippine Rice Research Institute. His work, supported by national and international funding, advances research, strengthens innovation systems, and improves the livelihoods of rice farmers.

Anupam Saini

Anupam Saini is currently serving as an Assistant Director at the National Productivity Council (NPC) under the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India. He is an Environmental Engineer by specialization, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering. His professional work focuses on sustainability, productivity enhancement, and industrial development.

Md Tusher

Md Tusher serves as the Mass Transit Engineer at the Dhaka Transport Coordination Authority under the Ministry of Road Transport and Bridges, Bangladesh. He holds a Master’s degree in Infrastructure Planning and Development from the University of Seoul, Korea. His responsibilities include overseeing licensing, inspections, and fare regulation for the Dhaka Metrorail and Bus Rapid Transit companies.

Tarang Khimasia

Tarang Khimasia is a finance professional at the Asian Development Bank, where he serves as Principal Investment Specialist (Syndications) and Head of Funded Distribution within its private sector operations. 

Prior to joining ADB, he held senior roles in international banking, including at Standard Chartered and Dresdner Kleinwort, specializing in bond syndication and structured debt. His work at ADB focuses on innovative financing solutions that support infrastructure, financial inclusion, and climate-related investments, contributing to sustainable development.

Nanise Sowani

Nanise Sowani is a Fijian consultant and Indigenous woman entrepreneur committed to advancing climate resilience, social inclusion, and sustainable development across the Pacific. Her work is driven by a deep belief that communities thrive when they are empowered with knowledge, resources, and equitable opportunities to shape their own climate‑resilient futures. She currently serves as the OHS Management Advisor for Excelsior Global Hub.

Nizhar Marizi

Nizhar Marizi is the Director of Environmental Affairs at the Ministry of National Development Planning/National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas) in Indonesia. He has extensive experience in environmental and energy issues and promotes green growth and renewable energy. Nizhar holds a Ph.D. from the University of Kitakyushu, an M.Sc. in Environmental Science from the University of Indonesia, and a B.Eng in Urban and Regional Planning from the Institute of Technology Bandung.

Prof. Dr. Sarin Chan is the Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Head of the Department of Industrial and Mechanical Engineering at the Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC). A Mechanical and Thermal Systems Design Engineer with over 15 years of experience, Dr. Chan specializes in refrigeration, air-conditioning, and energy efficiency. His technical expertise extends niche applications in bio-briquettes, drying technology, and passive cooling strategies for tropical climates.
