Tarang Khimasia

Tarang Khimasia is a finance professional at the Asian Development Bank, where he serves as Principal Investment Specialist (Syndications) and Head of Funded Distribution within its private sector operations. 

Prior to joining ADB, he held senior roles in international banking, including at Standard Chartered and Dresdner Kleinwort, specializing in bond syndication and structured debt. His work at ADB focuses on innovative financing solutions that support infrastructure, financial inclusion, and climate-related investments, contributing to sustainable development.

Nanise Sowani

Nanise Sowani is a Fijian consultant and Indigenous woman entrepreneur committed to advancing climate resilience, social inclusion, and sustainable development across the Pacific. Her work is driven by a deep belief that communities thrive when they are empowered with knowledge, resources, and equitable opportunities to shape their own climate‑resilient futures. She currently serves as the OHS Management Advisor for Excelsior Global Hub.

Sarin Chan

Assist. Prof. Dr. Sarin Chan is the Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Head of the Department of Industrial and Mechanical Engineering at the Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC). A Mechanical and Thermal Systems Design Engineer with over 15 years of experience, Dr. Chan specializes in refrigeration, air-conditioning, and energy efficiency. His technical expertise extends niche applications in bio-briquettes, drying technology, and passive cooling strategies for tropical climates.

As Chairman of the Pacific Asia Travel Association Cambodia Chapter (PATACC), he plays a central role in shaping Cambodia’s sustainable tourism agenda, advancing public-private sector collaboration across the Asia-Pacific region.

Sarala K.C. is a dedicated Nepali social activist and community leader known for her strong involvement in women empowerment, cooperative development, and grassroots economic initiatives in Kathmandu, Nepal. For more than two decades, she has been actively engaged in grassroots social mobilization, with a strong focus on women’s economic empowerment, cooperative development, and community-led initiatives.

Sai Krishna Kumaraswamy

Sai Krishna serves as Financial Sector Specialist at CGAP, a Global Partnership advancing inclusive, responsible, and resilient financial ecosystems, housed at the World Bank. He also serves as CGAP's Asia Lead, spearheading member engagement, partnership development and regional representation. His research focuses on financial sector policy and regulation, including competition, consumer protection, and crisis response. He has extensive experience in microfinance, small business financing, inclusive fintech, and emerging technologies.
