Md Tusher

Md Tusher serves as the Mass Transit Engineer at the Dhaka Transport Coordination Authority under the Ministry of Road Transport and Bridges, Bangladesh. He holds a Master’s degree in Infrastructure Planning and Development from the University of Seoul, Korea. His responsibilities include overseeing licensing, inspections, and fare regulation for the Dhaka Metrorail and Bus Rapid Transit companies.

Currently, he is actively involved in the Dhaka Bus Reform Project, which aims to introduce electric vehicles into the city’s public transport system and operate buses under the Gross Cost Contracting (GCC) model, with funding support from the World Bank to promote sustainable urban transport in Dhaka.
