As Chairman of the Pacific Asia Travel Association Cambodia Chapter (PATACC), he plays a central role in shaping Cambodia’s sustainable tourism agenda, advancing public-private sector collaboration across the Asia-Pacific region. In addition to his role at PATACC, Dr. Sinan leads several key enterprises as Chairman of B2B Cambodia (DMCs/MICE), International Management Cooperation Team Co., Ltd (IMCT), and Temple Paint Co., Ltd, demonstrating a strong track record in destination marketing, trade facilitation, and international partnership development. Dr. Sinan holds a Doctoral Degree in Business Administration in Tourism (awarded jointly by Alfred Nobel Open Business School in Hong Kong and King Sigismund College in Hungary), and a Master’s Degree in International Tourism from the Professional Institute of Budapest. These academic achievements reinforce his practical expertise in tourism strategy, business leadership, and sustainable development. Formerly a presenter for the National Trading House of Hungary in Cambodia, Dr. Sinan has served as a diplomatic and commercial liaison, fostering international trade relations and cultural exchange between Cambodia and Hungary. A former Buddhist monk (1987–1994), Dr. Sinan brings a profound spiritual perspective to his professional work. He is a certified practitioner and trainer in Buddhist JhanaMeditation, providing guidance in mindfulness, depression management, and personal development.
