Marissa Francisco Munar is a Researcher at the University of the Philippines Diliman and the Grand Winner of Clean Air Asia’s E-mobility Idea Competition.

Nizhar Marizi is the Director of Environmental Affairs at the Ministry of National Development Planning/National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas) in Indonesia. He has extensive experience in environmental and energy issues and promotes green growth and renewable energy. Nizhar holds a Ph.D. from the University of Kitakyushu, an M.Sc. in Environmental Science from the University of Indonesia, and a B.Eng in Urban and Regional Planning from the Institute of Technology Bandung.

Chandha Parajuli Neupane is a Technical Director at the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) with over two decades of professional experience in Nepal’s power sector. Throughout her career, she has consistently championed women’s empowerment within the utility, working at both the policy and institutional levels to create enabling conditions for female employees to excel in technical, managerial, and leadership roles. Her work reflects a strong commitment to building an inclusive and equitable organizational culture at NEA.

Tenzin Dorji is a Senior Electrical Engineer working with the DSP-Solar Initiative under His Majesty’s Secretariat. With nearly a decade of experience in Bhutan’s hydropower sector, he holds a Master of Engineering Technology in Renewable Energy and Electrical Power Systems from Federation University, Australia.

Areg is an Energy Specialist at the Asian Development Bank. Before being based at ADB HQ, Areg worked in the ADB Resident Missions in Kabul, Afghanistan, and Armenia. Areg has a PhD in Economics and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. His experience spans public policy, economic regulations, and reforms in energy infrastructure as well as project processing and management of public and private projects.
