Redi has more than 15 years in transmission planning for the Philippine power grid which has undergone restructuring and privatizations both for generation and transmission. Redi holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology, Master of Engineering major in Power System from the Technological University of the Philippines and a Certificate in Strategic Business Economics from the University of Asia and the Pacific.

Olatunji is a Senior Climate Change Specialist within the Global Practices Directorate of the Islamic Development Bank. He is responsible for mainstreaming climate change in the Bank’s funded operations and portfolio and helping member countries attain low carbon and climate resilient development pathways as well as transition to the green economy.

Narayankumar Sreekumar

Mr. Sreekumar is an electrical engineer by profession with a Master's Degree in Energy Engineering from Anna University. He has more than seven years of experience in the power sector working with various stakeholders such as generation and distribution companies, regulatory commissions, policy makers and development organizations (World Bank, NFA, IFC, UNDP, IEEJ, GSEP, DFID, SDC, and NEDO). Lana Zaman

Lana Zaman is an energy professional with over a decade of experience in energy, sustainability, and economic analysis. Ms. Zaman is currently an Associate Economic Affairs Officer to the Energy Division of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific, a division that promotes regional energy cooperation with a focus on the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Her current work focuses on economic analysis of the impact of energy access programming on socioeconomic outcomes.

Julien Perez

As Strategy & Policy Director of OGCI Climate Investments, Julien Perez is responsible for developing external policy views, coordinating commitments, managing relations with institutions and providing strategic direction to drive future investments. Previously, Julien was head of Climate & Energy Services at Ernst & Young where he assisted private and public players in setting up and implementing low-carbon strategies. Julien also worked at Total where he coordinated climate change actions and at Aecom managing environmental liabilities for various industries.

Johannes Heister

Johannes Heister is a Senior Environmental Specialist with the World Bank’s Climate Change Department, where he leads the development of a sustainable cooling initiative as part of the Bank’s support for the Kigali Amendment, the Paris Climate Agreement and the Sustainable Development Goals. Previously, Mr. Heister held positions with the Bank’s Environment and Natural Resources Global Practice, where he focused on climate change projects and phase-down of ozone-depleting substances in East Asia.
