Dmytro Donets

Dmytro Donets, a proud Ukrainian, World Bank Ukraine Country Office Procurement Specialist.

Before joining the Bank, he has served for the Government of his country for over 10 years in different WB-financed municipal infrastructure Project Implementation Units and international relations departments (of various state agencies).

Nowadays, Dmytro works on the challenging WB portfolio in the country and as a team member supports public procurement agenda development.

Elsa Ronterre

Elsa Ronterre is an Integrity Specialist at the Office of Anticorruption and Integrity at the Asian Development Bank (ADB). In the Prevention and Compliance Division, she assists in identifying red flags and other potential risk areas that could adversely impact ADB or the implementation of its projects, including any perceived reputational risk.

Before joining ADB, Elsa was a Senior Compliance Officer at the French Development Agency (AFD) Compliance Department in Paris, overseeing integrity risk reviews in financed projects and AML/CFT trainings.

Witoon Tawisook

Witoon Tawisook is a principal transport specialist of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) with civil engineering background specialized in structures and bridges. He has extensive international work experience in several Asian countries namely Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, and Philippines. He is currently leading the processing of the Bataan-Cavite Interlink Bridge Project, one of the biggest transport infrastructure projects of the Philippines financed by ADB and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank.

Trang Le

Trang Le is a certified public accountant licensed in the United States and works as a Financial Management Specialist in ADB. She is responsible for overall coordination and strengthening of financial management performance of ADB-financed projects in Vietnam and Thailand. She also provides financial management support to the processing and implementation of ADB projects on the environment, natural resources, and agriculture across the Southeast Asia Region. 

Sevil Maharramova

Sevil Maharramova is a Senior Portfolio Management Specialist in the Procurement, Portfolio, and Financial Management Department at the Asian Development Bank (ADB). In the Portfolio Management Division, she coordinates the analysis and reporting of relevant and consistent data on ADB operational procurement for internal and external procurement research in ADB operations​, as well as other ADB sovereign and non-sovereign portfolio key performance indicators.

Antoine Morel

Antoine Morel is a Principal Environment Specialist with more than 20 years of work experience in environmental management, with a focus on assessing and addressing environmental sustainability issues of infrastructure projects in Asia. He joined ADB in 2010 where he coordinated the preparation and implementation of environmental impact assessments for ADB loans in sectors such as transport, energy, urban development, education and health. He leads the environmental safeguards group of ADB’s Southeast Asia Department.

Naning Mardiniah

Naning Mardiniah is a Senior Safeguards Officer (Resettlement) for Indonesia and Timor Leste. In the Resident Mission, she processes and administers safeguard activities, with a focus on resettlement issues in projects in infrastructure, urban development, sector loans, and private sector development. She also evaluates ADB-financed projects to ensure that the projects are designed and implemented in accordance with ADB safeguard policies.

Rishikesh Singh

Rishikesh Singh is a Portfolio Management Specialist in ADB’s Office of Director General, South Asia Regional Department. He is responsible for implementing the ongoing sovereign portfolio of ADB-financed projects covering six developing member countries in South Asia and spanning the transport, energy, urban, social, agriculture and natural Resources, and public finance sectors. His responsibilities also include assessment of the readiness of ADB-financed projects at various stages prior to approval and commitment.
