Principal Portfolio Management Specialist, ADB Profile / Bio Sevil Maharramova is a Principal Portfolio Management Specialist in the Procurement, Portfolio, and Financial Management Department at the Asian Development Bank (ADB). She leads ADB’s portfolio performance reporting across sovereign and nonsovereign operations, driving data quality and digital transformation initiatives.
