Dmytro Donets, a proud Ukrainian, World Bank Ukraine Country Office Procurement Specialist.

Before joining the Bank, he has served for the Government of his country for over 10 years in different WB-financed municipal infrastructure Project Implementation Units and international relations departments (of various state agencies).

Nowadays, Dmytro works on the challenging WB portfolio in the country and as a team member supports public procurement agenda development.

Professor Stern is the IG Patel Professor of Economics and Government, Chairman of the Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change and the Environment, and Head of the India Observatory at the London School of Economics. President of the British Academy, July 2013 – 2017, and was elected Fellow of the Royal Society in 2014.

In April 2018, Mr. Ban Ki-moon was elected as the Chairman of Boao Forum for Asia. In January 2018, Mr. Ban and former President of Austria, Mr. Heinz Fischer, were inducted as Co-Chairs of the Ban Ki-moon Centre for Global Citizens in Vienna, Austria. Mr. Ban Ki-moon is the Chairman of IOC Ethics Committee in September 2017. Currently, he is a Distinguished Chair Professor and Honorary Chairman at the Institute of Global Engagement & Empowerment at Yonsei University in Seoul, Korea.

Ruhul Amin is the Deputy Secretary of Deputy Secretary Economic Relations Division of the Government of Bangladesh. Before becoming a Deputy Secretary, he also worked as the First Secretary of the
First Secretary National Board of Revenue. 

He graduated from Dhakka University with a Master's in International Relations.
