Ruth is responsible for risk-based assessments on project design and supervision/implementation support, developing approaches to promote the use of country FM systems in developing member countries. She has designed and implemented sweeping project financial management reforms that changed the way of doing business, increasing use of technology and automation. She has rolled out data analytics and dashboards for assessment, monitoring, and risk mitigation. 

She has more than twenty-five years’ experience in international development, prior to which she was a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Rome, Italy and previous in London, where she was responsible for the overall planning, organization, and operational management of various projects contemporaneously. She has broad experience with financial entities and international organizations, gaining knowledge of diverse accounting and audit regimes and principles. 

Ruth holds a Double Honours Bachelor’s degree in Modern Languages, Italian, and Russian from Manchester University, United Kingdom. She is also a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW).
