The training, led by Mr. Jonathan Helliwell, Senior Integrity Specialist, and Ms. Elsa Ronterre, Integrity Specialist, was formally opened by Mr. Michael Joseph Walsh on behalf of ADB IRM and Ms. Setyawati, Director of Foreign Financing and Grants at Bappenas.
