On 25 September 2025, the Office of Anticorruption and Integrity (OAI) conducted the Integrity Learning Series: Anticorruption and Integrity Training for executing and implementing agencies in Indonesia at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, Jakarta. The training, led by Mr. Jonathan Helliwell, Senior Integrity Specialist, and Ms. Elsa Ronterre, Integrity Specialist, was formally opened by Mr. Michael Joseph Walsh on behalf of ADB IRM and Ms. Setyawati, Director of Foreign Financing and Grants at Bappenas.  

The program introduced participants to ADB’s Anticorruption and Integrity Framework, outlined common integrity violations, enforcement actions and their impact, and provided practical guidance on recognizing and mitigating integrity risks, including the identification of red flags and the conduct of due diligence. A case study on proposal submissions and bids for ADB-related projects further enriched the learning experience.  

In the afternoon, a hybrid session was conducted for IRM staff and consultants, with training materials made available for future reference.
