Mr. Chang Seob Kim has over 30 years of professional experience in energy efficiency, renewable energy, and climate change. He is currently President of Korea Energy Agency (KEA). Prior to this, he held various senior positions in Presidential Committee on Green Growth, Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co. Ltd. and Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy since joined KEA in 1997.
