Nalaka Kaluwewe

Nalaka Kaluwewe is the Secretary to the Ministry of Education, Higher Education, and Vocational Education of Sri Lanka. A senior member of the Sri Lanka Administrative Service since 2000, he brings over two decades of experience across government, public communication, and institutional leadership.

Rashmita Panda

Rashmita Panda is an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the 2010 batch, currently serving as Director of Skill Development and Employment in the Government of Odisha. Over her career, she has held several key administrative and leadership roles at both district and state levels, including District Collector of Nabarangpur and Sundargarh, where she led initiatives to improve livelihoods, agriculture, and public service delivery.

Leokana Tozen

Tozen Leokana serves as the Minister of Education and Human Resources Development of the Solomon Islands. Appointed following the 2024 general elections, he is responsible for overseeing national education policy, human capital development, and skills training systems. As a Member of Parliament representing South Choiseul, he brings a strong commitment to improving access to quality education and strengthening institutional capacity across the country’s education sector.
