Panisa Harnpathananun

Panisa Harnpathananun is Senior Division Director of Higher Education Innovation and Future Skills Development at the National Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation Policy Council (NXPO), where she leads initiatives to align higher education systems with emerging workforce demands and technological transformation. She plays a key role in shaping policies and programs that promote innovation-driven learning, strengthen university–industry linkages, and equip graduates with future-ready skills.

Syeda Amina Fahmeen

Syeda Amina Fahmeen is a Joint Secretary in the Development Economic Policy Division (DEPD) of the Ministry of Finance Bangladesh, where she is responsible for program management under the Skills for Industry Competitiveness and Innovation Program (SICIP). With extensive experience in public financial management and development planning, she plays a key role in coordinating policy implementation and overseeing large-scale, donor-supported programs aimed at strengthening skills development systems.
