Sokkim Ky

Sokkim Ky is Chief Executive Officer of the Skills Development Fund (SDF) of Cambodia, where she leads efforts to strengthen workforce skills and align training systems with industry needs. Under her leadership, the SDF supports demand-driven skills development programs, fosters partnerships between training providers and employers, and promotes innovative financing mechanisms to enhance the quality and relevance of technical and vocational education and training (TVET).

With a strong background in program management and human capital development, Ms. Ky has played a key role in advancing Cambodia’s skills agenda to support economic diversification and competitiveness. Her work focuses on improving access to industry-relevant training, encouraging private sector participation, and ensuring that skills development initiatives contribute to inclusive and sustainable growth.
