Aysen Cetintas is the Education Director of FCI, specialist in receivables finance and speaker at international conferences. She joined FCI in 2008, in charge of FCI’s education programmes. Her area of responsibility encompasses implementing the FCI strategy, by giving dedicated focus to the development and implementation of the educational tools for the chain, organising all FCI courses and related workshops/seminars, conducting training events and guiding new members in the process of setting up for the factoring business.

Prior to being a consultant she worked for 24 years, since 1994, in Santander Bank the first bank ever implement Reverse Factoring as a financial product. She remained at the Bank from the inception of the product to its international expansion to other banks and branches in different jurisdictions like UK, USA, Germany, Mexico, Brazil, Hong Kong and Australia.

Laurence is a Senior environmental specialist. Assessing environmental risks and impacts, providing advisory for clients on environmental risks management and mitigation throughout project life cycles.

She was previously head of the Corporate Advisory and Transaction Team in Hong Kong. Laurence leads three key practices including Transaction Services, Contaminated Site Management, and Performance Assurance. Member of the management team in ERM in Hong Kong, deeply involved in elaboration and implementation of Hong Kong office.

Satvinder Singh is the Deputy Secretary-General for ASEAN Economic Community for 2021-2024. In his capacity as the Deputy Secretary-General, he provides strategic advice to the Secretary-General of ASEAN for advancing ASEAN’s economic integration agenda as well as to lead the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) Department of the ASEAN Secretariat in implementing the AEC Blueprint 2025.

In 2021, Hannah Nguyen joined the Digital Standards Initiative with special focus on engaging industry participants, standards developing organizations, solution providers, governments and intergovernmental organizations to coordinate standardization efforts across the ecosystem. 

Steven Beck is the head of trade and supply chain finance at the Asian Development Bank (ADB). He has managed exponential growth of the bank’s trade finance business and implemented its first supplychain finance business. While at the ADB, Steven initiated a tool that maps the entire supply chain for COVID-related goods to address shortages. He initiated the Trade Finance Register of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), which compiles the only industry-wide statistics on trade-finance default and loss rates.
