Spyros Tsolis is the FCI Deputy Education Director responsible, along with the FCI Education Director, for the execution of the FCI Education Strategy and Policy including the development and maintenance of all FCI courses, workshops/seminars, tailor-made training programmes, FCI manuals, internal educational projects, assistance to new members, special educational projects with global development organisations. He represents FCI in International Conferences and also delivers factoring specific trainings in cooperation with Development Banks and other Financial Institutions.

Peter Mulroy is Secretary General of FCI, the world’s largest association and network of factoring and receivables finance companies, with its headquarters in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Peter was previously Managing Director and International Regional Manager of CIT Commercial Services, having served on the Management Committee, supporting the global growth strategy of the company. Raja Debnath is the Co-Founder of Veefin Solutions, a leading enterprise software company focused on Digital Lending and Supply Chain Finance.  He is also the Managing Partner at Cogence Labs - a management consulting firm exclusively focused on advising FIs on Retail and MSME Banking.

Kamrul Mehedi started his banking career at BRAC Bank in 2011 after a brief service to the Bangladesh Army. He worked in the SME Division and looked after SME funding and management of non-performing loans with special focuses on strategy implementation, Credit Risk and Recovery. In 2017, he joined City Bank as the Head of Small & Microfinance Business.
