Sarah Green

Professor of the Law of Obligations at the University of Oxford, having been a lecturer at the University of Birmingham from 2001 – 2010.  Before embarking on her academic career, she was a software consultant at Accenture.  Professor Green has written books and articles on a variety of issues including virtual currencies, blockchain issues surrounding intermediated securities, smart contracts, sale of goods law as applicable to digitised assets, negligence and wage theft.

Satvinder Singh

Satvinder Singh is the Deputy Secretary-General for ASEAN Economic Community for 2021-2024. In his capacity as the Deputy Secretary-General, he provides strategic advice to the Secretary-General of ASEAN for advancing ASEAN’s economic integration agenda as well as to lead the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) Department of the ASEAN Secretariat in implementing the AEC Blueprint 2025.

Mario Masaya

Mr. Mario Masaya rejoined the US-ASEAN Business Council in June 2021 as the Digital Policy Director, based in Singapore. He originally joined the Council in 2014 in its Jakarta office and led the ASEAN Committee and SME Program while supporting the Indonesia portfolio. Mr. Masaya worked on the Council’s signature business missions and various events over the years at both regional and country levels, performing either a leading or supporting role on these programs.
